Objective: This webinar focuses on the OSHA’s FY 2020 top violations and how those violations evolved over the last 10 years. The webinar provides information on items to look for and actions to take at your workplace to avoid OSHA citations related to the top violations.

Pre-Requisites: This introductory-level webinar will benefit personnel wanting to learn more about the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) most frequent violations. Personnel gaining the most benefit from this presentation may include: safety managers, safety and health (S&H) committee members, facility managers, supervisors, and employees.

Mr. Bender has worked with the SMCX for 10 years. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Safety Sciences as well as a graduate degree in business. Prior to joining the organization, Mr. Bender was an Environmental, Health, & Safety Specialist in the ethanol industry.
